真空淬火的优势：可保证工件变形量小，不氧化，不脱碳，工件表面光洁度好

Advantages of vacuum quenching: it can ensure small deformation of workpiece, no oxidation, no decarbonization, and good surface finish of workpiece.

01- 真空淬火 Vacuum quenching

真空淬火，是指实现零件的光洁淬火。零件的淬火冷却在真空炉内进行，淬火介质主要是气（如氮气）、水和真空淬火油等。

真空淬火已大量应用于各种渗碳钢、合金工具钢、高速钢和不锈钢的淬火，以及各种时效合金、硬磁合金的固溶处理。

激光淬火在提高金属表面的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、耐疲劳性和冲击性等方面，都可以取得明显的效果；且激光淬火无污染，属于局部表面处理，压力小、变形小，具有广阔的应用前景。

Laser quenching can improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and impact resistance of metal surface. And laser quenching pollution-free, belongs to local surface treatment, small pressure, small deformation, has broad application prospects.

02- 激光改性处理 Laser modification

激光改性处理：是指用激光照射零件表面，可加热至临界相变温度以上，移去激光束后，该表面迅速冷却自行淬火。

渗碳淬火的优势：经渗碳处理后的工件可在工件表面达到很高的硬度，并使工件具有很好的耐磨性能。

Advantages of carburizing and quenching: after carburizing, the workpiece can achieve high hardness on the surface of the workpiece and make the workpiece have good wear resistance.

03- 渗碳淬火 Carburizing and quenching

渗碳淬火：是指一种在一定温度下一定介质中是碳原子渗入工件表层的化学热处理工艺。

氮化处理的优势：经氮化处理的制品具有优异的耐磨性、耐疲劳性、耐蚀性及耐高温的特性，且工件变形量小。

Advantages of nitriding treatment: the products treated by nitriding have excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and the workpiece deformation is small.

04- 渗氮处理 Nitriding treatment

氮化处理，是指一种在一定温度下一定介质中使氮原子渗入工件表层的化学热处理工艺。

表面感应淬火优势：加热速度快，稳定性好，表面可以获得高硬度、高耐磨性。

Advantages of surface induction quenching: fast heating speed, good stability, high surface hardness and high wear resistance.

05- 表面感应淬火 Surface hardening

表面感应淬火：感应加热表面淬火就是在一个感应线圈中通以一定频率的交流电(有高频，中频，工频三种)，使感应圈周围产生频率相同的交变磁场，置于磁场之中的工件就会产生与感应线圈频率相同，方向相反的感应电流，这个电流叫涡流。由于集肤效应，涡流主要集中在工件的表层。由涡流所产生的电阻热使工件表层被迅速加热到淬火温度，随即向工件喷水，将工件表层淬硬。

调质淬火：“淬火＋高温回火”（对碳钢一般是500℃～650℃），可以提高材料的综合力学性能。

06- 大型件调质淬火、去应力回火 Large parts quenching and tempering

去应力回火：去应力回火是为了使形状复杂，切削加工量大而尺寸精度要求严格的工件，如合金钢刀具、模具等，消除切削应力，减少淬火变形。所以在加工后(淬火前) 常于600~700℃进行2~4h的去应力回火。

深冷处理的优势：可以改变金属材料的内部结构，进而改善材料的力学和加工性能，它是目前较新的强韧化处理工艺之一。
